By car
On the Amsterdam ringway ("Ring Amsterdam") take exit S118 Oostzanerwerf/Tuindorp-Oostzaan. On the Verl.Stellingweg, at the traffic light, turn right onto the Molenaarsweg, following the directions "Tuindorp-Oostzaan/Noord". Follow this road, which makes a left turn, and then is named Cornelis Douwesweg. Keep following this road, passing two roundabouts, until you reach a crossing with traffic lights. At the lights, turn right, onto the Klaprozenweg. The white, tiered building on the left-hand side is where Benjamins is located, on the 6th floor. Unfortunately our building does not have parking space for visitors. However, in this area of Amsterdam parking in the spaces on the street is still free.

By public transportation
For public transportation options and time tables, please consult the general public transport information site.

A pleasant way to get from Amsterdam Central Station to our office is to go by ferry. Take the GVB ferry to 'NDSM-werf' (be careful, as this is not the only GVB ferry available). This free ferry departs from the ferry landing at the back of the Central Station every hour at .15 and .45 (and, during morning and evening rush hours, at .00 and .30). It takes just under 15 minutes to reach the NDSM-wharf, which is in easy walking distance from our office. When you leave the ferry, continue straight ahead along the Van Riemsdijkweg. When you pass the colorfull container village (a student housing project) turn left onto the Oslofjordweg. Turn right at the third side street, Lincolnweg. At the end of this street you will see, across the road, on the right-hand side, a white tiered building, which is where Benjamins is located.

Taxi:
When exiting the Central Station through the main, city-side, exit, you will find a taxi stand to you right. Please note that taxi's in Amsterdam are very expensive!

Arriving at Schiphol airport
Taxi's in Amsterdam, and in the Netherlands in general, are very expensive. The 15-minute ride from the airport to the city centre will cost EUR 30-40 (including VAT, excluding tip).
There is a good and frequent train connection from Schiphol to Amsterdam Central Station, in the city centre. Train tickets can be purchased from the machines or the ticket windows in the main hall -- "plaza" -- at the airport. A single ticket is approx. EUR 5. The train ride takes approximately 15 minutes. Please make sure you have a ticket before boarding the train, because no tickets are sold on the train and fines are steep.
