Abstract

This handbook, intended for future translators, provides them with a reasoned method translation, based on non-literary texts, for training from English into French. The topics treated in this work are centered around eight general objectives: metalanguage of initiation to the translation, basic documentation of the translator, working method, the cognitive process of translation, writing conventions, difficulties of a lexical, syntactic and editorial nature.
