Translation and interpreting are at an all-time high. The time, cost and competition pressure was never so high. There are more translator and interpreter training programmes worldwide than ever before. In this context, the question “what constitutes a good translation”, supplemented with the question “how do we train good translators and interpreters?”, has become very relevant. This edited volume brings together a collection of contributions on the subject of translation and interpreting quality.
