Based on the research results of interdisciplinary theories such as discourse research, epistemology, terminology and translatology, combined with the data processing standard of the project of "Standardized Terminology Database of Discourses with Chinese Characteristics for Foreign Translation", this paper discusses the value and characteristics of the relevant data standards of core terminology translation from the perspective of the practical essence of the cross language knowledge. The purpose of this paper is to provide a theoretical reference for terminology translation aimed at disseminating discourse with Chinese characteristics.
