This article formulates, among other things, some concerns on EU legislation. It also addresses some concrete concerns. For example, it looks into quality control of legal interpreters, problems of organization and budgets, control over the duration of the proceedings and matters relating to qualification, training and registration. It also formulates some conclusions and concrete recommendations.
